San RoccuAnima
San Roccu Anima
Gin Anima is the soul, the deep essence of the plants of San Rocco.
The powerful extraction of our plants from the maquis, clementine zest and juniper berries, offers you an intense and spicy taste.
This « Navy Strength » at 65 % vol. is a “high-flying” tasting gin that offers a raw and authentic expression of which only you can control the balance : diluated at your convenience, with tonic water or in a cocktail.

Aromas
An aromatic tasting with a fresh and minty finish...

Juniper
The juniper berry is the base of the Gin, it gives it its main bouquet. The fresh berry has a sweet, resinous flavour, with woody and peppery aromas, and gives San Roccu Gin its power.
Nepita
Nepita, a plant endemic to the Corsican maquis, is characterised by a complex flavour, a mixture of mint and marjoram with a lemony touch. It brings freshness and persistence to San Roccu Gin.
Clementine
The Corsican clementine, with its marked character, is one of the main aromas of San Roccu Gin. It gives it its roundness, its aromatic power and a subtle bitterness.
Myrtle
In summer, the Corsican Myrtle is adorned with white flowers with a delicate perfume. They then turn into spicy black berries used to make San Roccu Gin.
