Codole
It is in our village of Feliceto that the water of the Reginu river flow into lake Codola. This magnificent site is home to many species of birds, including the emblematic Royal Kite.
On the other side of the montain, on the east coast of Corsica, is the village of Cervione, where tasty hazelnuts grow, which, associated with immortelle and Erba barona (endemic plant) give all its sweetness with Vodka Codole.

Aromas
Hazelnut
Conforting flavors if any, the fresh hazelnut of Cervione is the embodiment of finesse and sweetness.
Immortelle
The distillation of immortelle brings a lot of
suppleness and the notes of dry flowers so characteristics of this Meditteranean plant.
Thyme erba barona
This endemic plant of Corsica can present various aromas according to its variety. We use here the erba barona with honeyed notes, very complementary to the hazelnut.
