GinSan Roccu
This hamlet in the foothills of the Corsican mountains is one of our favourite places. Our aim was to take all the flavours and aromas from the very soul of this wild, lively place and share them through this gin.
The result of macerating organically grown Corsican herbs for 24 hours before distilling them in a Stupfler still, this San Roccu gin exhales its subtle aromas of juniper, clementine, myrtle and nepita and produces a fully rounded flavour with a fresh, minty finish. Enjoy the silence, close your eyes, and you’re in San Roccu!
Aromas
An aromatic tasting with a fresh and minty finish...

Juniper
The juniper berry is the base of the Gin, it gives it its main bouquet. The fresh berry has a sweet, resinous flavour, with woody and peppery aromas, and gives San Roccu Gin its power.
Nepita
Nepita, a plant endemic to the Corsican maquis, is characterised by a complex flavour, a mixture of mint and marjoram with a lemony touch. It brings freshness and persistence to San Roccu Gin.
Clementine
The Corsican clementine, with its marked character, is one of the main aromas of San Roccu Gin. It gives it its roundness, its aromatic power and a subtle bitterness.
Myrtle
In summer, the Corsican Myrtle is adorned with white flowers with a delicate perfume. They then turn into spicy black berries used to make San Roccu Gin.
